  • Limit quantities of any item
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason


3. Orders and Payments: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Inventory issues

**If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.


4. Shipping: We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered


5. Returns and Refunds:

Clothing & Hats:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition for a full refund
  • Worn items may receive a 75% refund
  • Return shipping is paid by Dynamic Style Studio
  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after approval

Custom Jewelry:

  • Exchanges only within 7 days of delivery
  • No refunds on custom jewelry
  • Return shipping is paid by Dynamic Style Studio


6. Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, and branding are the property of Dynamic Style Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


7. User Conduct: You agree not to:

  • Use our site for fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
  • Submit false information

**Violation of these terms may result in termination of access.
